"Ok, I give up. Now I present The Dirt on Kurt PART TWO

It's simple, actually. I have been procrastinating again.

I met Breck Randolph thru a mutual fellow in Phelan, Ca. 20 miles West of Victorville.
Around the Year 2002 I suppose.....

My Ranch was under attack by local Government and the Real Estate Industry.
There was a Pogrom, a Gulag and a Dragoon. Horrible way to treat people anywhere.

I took refuge. Worked at his house for a time before I camped there.

Kurt was a bit-part of that scene.

One day Breck offered me an opportunity to move to Montello.
Share his mobile home with Kurt.
Have a job mopping up The Saddle Sore Bar.

All the while, I'm waiting for my one million dollars from my dead mother.

It all played out. Very well, actually.

I was soon in negotiations with Henry J. Casolari to buy his joint: The place next to The Cowboy Bar.

I bought it for $72K, CASH. (There was Escrow, 15 days. No Due Diligence. I bought the joint the way you buy bubble gum in the market check-out line.)

One day, as I was still a legal resident in Breck's mobile home with Kurt.....Kurt WENT OFF on me. Psycho duzzint quite say it.

He was in Narcissistic Rant Mode, saying he wants me out NOW.

I said I'll get on it tomorrow.

He said NOW and began to manhandle my personal property in my room.

I said You can't do this. It's against The Law.

Ok, are you ready for this?

Kurt said
