Terms of Use
1. In participating in the OzRoundTable forum environment you will be engaging in and providing questions, contributions and opinions to the OZRoundTable and by doing so signify your agreement to these terms of use.
2. The nature of the OzRoundTable allows for your comments to be edited by administrators and built upon by others within the Forum.
3. Your contributions will be read by other persons. You are solely responsible for your contributions and the consequences of making them. You also acknowledge that OzRoundTable is not responsible for your contributions or the contributions of other persons, and does not endorse them.
4. Your contributions may be removed from the OzRoundTable at any time in its absolute discretion.
5. You agree to abide by relevant posting rules within the OzRoundTable, specifically:-
(a) You must not undertake any anti-social activities, including nuisance e-mail, nuisance private messages, chain letters, and obscene, harassing, or unwelcome behaviour.
(b) You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws.
(c) You are required to advise the moderators and/or administrators of any security issues or breaches of which you become aware.
(d) While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrator or moderators (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
(e) You must not share your account with anyone and must not disclose your password to anyone.
(f) You accept that all actions and usage may be monitored or recorded.
(g) You must not use The OzRoundTable environment to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other systems.
(h) You must not use OzRoundTable facilities for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
(i) Access for the following purposes is specifically prohibited:
o Pornography
o Unauthorised file-sharing
o Gambling/Gaming
(j) This forum is not to be used for any unlawful activities, including violation of copyright, hacking and the deliberate spreading of viruses or malicious code.
(k) You warrant that your contributions do not breach copyright or other intellectual property rights of other persons.
(l) You agree that the administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
6. Violations of these Terms of Use can result in disciplinary action, such as temporary banning of your account, permanent banning of your account and in extreme cases referral to appropriate authorities and your service provider being informed. The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
7. This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).
