Firstly - apologies for the quality of the photos. They were quick iPhone snaps on the counter - with a queue waiting...
(BTW - I've dummied up the tracking numbers and barcodes, since the original shots were of valid, unused labels.)Here is what the new Signature on Delivery sticker looks like:

I am told they will be coming out in bulk rolls, like registered labels and it is 'expected' that there could be a discount - but the staff won't know the price until they have a barcode to scan. No idea when that will happen.
Here's another tracking label - for prepaid or bulk postage - on parcels only. They are free -
but are ONLY available to account customers.

Oh, and as for the printing of a 'free' label at a post office - the trick tried last week doesn't work any more. You have to pay for
some postage to get one printed. I pulled a 5c stamp off a parcel so they could print me a barcode with 5c postage on it. Might as well not bother with the stamps - but it does add a lot more time at the counter.
This was at the second post office of the two we use - and when they tried to print off a 'free' tracking label - they were successful in producing a receipt with a tracking number on it - but there was no label produced to stick on the parcel. I'd call that a slight "FAIL".
