If you’re not currently signed in you may do so through the hyperlink provided near the bottom of the page. From this point forward you’ll be able to add your own listings and start selling. Please take a minute and read what other users have emailed our support staff about in the past 48 hours. This will help resolve many issues you may be having and provide answers to some other commonly asked questions.
1-Is upillar really free?
Yes, upillar.com is 100% free. You never pay a fee for anything, unless you choose optional upgrades. No fees listing, No fees selling, No fees period.
2- How do buyers/sellers negotiate sales?
Buyers/sellers have the option to negotiate sales via personal phones and emails, or the integrated upillar message system that is built into every account. Once a buyer contacts you it is YOUR responsibility to complete that sale and provide a form of payment. No money is passed through upillar's website. If anyone ever claims that the transaction will go through upillar.com, please email us so we can get rid of the fraud immediately.
3- How do buyers coordinate payments with the seller?
As a buyer, it is YOUR responsibility to provide forms of payment acceptable by the seller. As a seller, it is YOUR responsibility to provide available forms of payment for potential buyers. Common payment options may include cash, check, or wire transfer. A safe, online alternative may be using Paypal. Many services like Paypal use payment request forms. As a seller, be prepared to send a Paypal payment request to users that would like to buy your items via this method. Once again, this must be coordinated between seller and buyer. Upillar.com does not assist in any transactions.
4- Does upillar offer Paypal integration?
No, we currently do not offer Paypal integration. The moment upillar makes money off of each listing we become liable for all transactions, something we do not wish to endeavor at this time.
5- During registration I’m asked to identify my phone number and email, will that information be available to other users?
No, this information is not available to other users. In the event that you post a listing you may want to authorize this information for contact purposes. When you create a listing, on step two, you will have the option to display your address, phone number, first name, last name, and user name. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide what you want displayed.
6- I have encountered an error. What should I do?
If you have, then someone else will too. Please forward us information on exactly what happened so we can fix it as soon as possible. We're new. So are our glitches. We're not eBay; give us a chance!
7- What if I see an inappropriate listing?
Please flag it and we will remove it. Also, when flagging a listing, please explain in detail why you're flagged the listing so that we may better resolve future issues. Any info on the perps' location is welcome so that we can dispatch our "Standards Enforcement Squad" into the field to handle the problem immediatly, within 24 hours of the initial report.

8- Am I allowed to post adult content or items for sale?
No, as a family-friendly site, upillar does not allow adult content. Accounts posting this material will be deleted. Our staff monitors every listing before it goes live to ensure that inappropriate listings will never appear live, on our website. Rest assured: We will never put up with The Three Amigos.
9- What is considered adult content?
As we define it, adult content is anything you wouldn’t want your 12 year old seeing. Any 18 or 21 year olds in your house is strickly YOUR problem, and good luck with that, buddy!
Ads related to pornography, prostitution, adult videos, vulgar wording, Yibisms or smeeisms or any other content that may fall under this category, are unacceptable. We apologize for having to clarify on the matter but from our experience there appears to be quite a broad definition out there. While there are many great people that would never consider putting such offensive items up for sale, here at upillar.com, it is our goal to uphold and maintain the values of our users. Until specified otherwise, Yib and smee will never appear on our site. But Tello is cool cuz we know him personally, and his word and money are "Good".
