Arizona police say they have audio of Democratic state senator admitting to child molestation

     

A Democratic Arizona state senator was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting two teenaged brothers, and police say they have him on audio admitting to the crimes.

Sen. Otoniel "Tony" Navarrete of Phoenix was arrested on Thursday on suspicion of having sexual conduct with a minor, police said.

The openly gay 35-year-old Democrat is accused of inappropriately touching a boy who was 14 at the time of the incident in 2019.

According to Maricopa County Superior Court documents, one of the victims claimed that Navarrete touched him and performed sex acts on him more than five times from the time he was about 12 or 13 years old until he was 15 years old.

Poll: Joe Biden Approval Down 10 Points as Pessimism Grows

Fifty-two percent of voters approve of the job President Joe Biden is doing, compared to 43% who disapprove, according to a new Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll.

The poll results show his approval rating down from 62% in June.

Here are how the results, posted by The Hill, break down:

45% say they approve of the way Congress is doing its job, while 55% disapprove. By comparison, 54% said in June they approve of the job congressional lawmakers were doing, while 46% disapproved.

46% say the U.S. in on the right track, compared to 47% who say its not. In June, 53% said the nation was on the right track and 39% said it was on the wrong track.

43% say the economy is on the right track, while 49% say it is not. By comparison, in June, 49% had said it was on the right track, while 42% said it wasn’t.

36% believe COVID-19 is the most important issue for the U.S. The number marks a 6-point increase from June when the economy and jobs were the chief concerns.

"Overall the country has come down from its mood highs as the Delta variant is putting a crimp in America’s plan to party now and go back to work after Labor Day," Mark Penn, co-director of the poll, told The Hill.

The poll, conducted July 28-29, surveyed 1,788 registered voters. No margin of error was provided.

Psaki Tells Gov. DeSantis And Gov. Abbott To “Get Out Of The Way”

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told outspoken Republican Governors Ron DeSantis of Florida and Greg Abbott of Texas to “get control” of the Delta variant or “get out of the way.”

During the regular press briefing on August 3, Psaki said that the Biden administration had offered specific assistance to both governors, implying that both had refused federal help.

Psaki mentioned that COVID case counts from Florida and Texas account for one-third of current cases. Addressing the two GOP governors, she said, “if you aren’t going to help” and abide by public health guidance, they should “let people do the right thing” in their states. She said that teachers, university administrators, and private sector leaders are “trying to save lives,” implying that the governors are not.

Psaki was asked what she meant by “get out of the way” and stated that the governors should not “ban” masks or ask for vaccination status. She said that leaders must choose between following guidelines or following politics.

She said of DeSantis that President Biden might speak to him directly, but only if he “thought it would make a difference.” She swiftly added that she did not anticipate Biden contacting DeSantis.

DeSantis’ office responded with a statement advising Psaki that she might want to “brush up on the Constitution” and learn about the role of a governor. The information continued that because of freedom, nearly one thousand Americans are moving to Florida each day. Citing the comparative death rates from COVID in New York, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, the governor’s office drew a contrast with his policies and the shifting advice given by federal agencies.

Abbott has pointed out the inconsistency of the “draconian controls” the federal government wishes to impose on citizens while allowing illegal immigrants to move freely across our border while infected with COVID. The federal government has implemented a policy of transporting infected illicit immigrants from the border to locations within the country and dropping them off without informing local or state officials. Abbott issued an executive order to curtail the practice and immediately sued the Biden administration in federal court.

Biden claimed in February 2020 that he was arrested in South Africa in his attempt to meet Nelson Mandela. But shortly after, Fox News and Tucker Carlson found out that his claim was based on a complete lie after doing some digging.

According to Biden, he went all the way to South Africa to get the chance to meet Nelson Mandela but was arrested by the police in his attempt. In his fabricated lie, Biden forgot to check his facts as Mandela was in jail at the time for terrorist activities at the time when Biden visited South Africa.

To further his lies, he added that Mandela came to America to see him in office and thank him for getting arrested in Africa while trying to meet him. Joe Biden made a huge mistake in his choice of words, emphasizing that he got arrested, expressing the honor Biden felt in getting charged in the streets of Soweto with the UN Ambassador. At the same time, he tried to get to see Mandela on Robben Island.

Co-host of Tucker Carlson, Emily Compagno, noted that Soweto is, in fact, 8 miles from Robben Island with no land route then how could Biden have possibly tried to meet Mandela while in Soweto. The footage containing Biden’s statements has been recalled, and the fact check proves that Biden lied.

In an interview with CNN, shortly after making the statements of getting arrested, he tried to cover up by saying that he was, in fact, ‘stopped.’ He added that the Afrikaners stopped him and guided him to the “Whites Only” door, which he refused. It was also the first time he’d been pulled over. The entire planned aftermath now appears to be a total fiction of Nelson Mandela’s ever visiting.

Voters Think Kamala Harris Is Unfavorable, Meaning Incompetent

After six months on the job, Kamala Harris has a 47% unfavorable rating.

Often pollsters use one question as a proxy for another. For a President, favorability relates to the perception of their work on the job. For a Vice President, favorability relates to their appeal and potential prospects.

A recent poll from Politico-Morning Consult shows that Kamala Harris’s future is dim. When 45% of respondents view you favorably, and 47% view you unfavorably, that’s a problem. Presumably, Harris is planning her political future, either taking over a beleaguered Biden Administration when he steps down, is removed, or sticking around long enough to run on her own. If this poll has any impact on her electoral strategy, it more than likely secures her use of an unconventional path to the presidency.

Iowa Senators Strike Back Against California’s Anti-Bacon Bill

Iowa senators Joni Ernst (R.) and Chuck Grassley (R.) are pushing back against a California law that will cut off the Golden State's supply of pork and harm Iowa farmers.

The California law, Proposition 12, will ban the sale of pork from farms where a pig is raised on less than 24 square feet of space. Since only 4 percent of the nation's hog farmers abide by it, the law will eliminate 96 percent of pork suppliers from the California market.

Iowa is the largest pork supplier in the nation. Ernst and Grassley on Thursday introduced a bill, the Exposing Agricultural Trade Suppression Act, that would combat California's law by preventing any state from regulating the production or distribution of agricultural products in other states and localities.

"We thought we’ve seen it all from the radical left—from defunding the police, to the Green New Deal, to trillions in new spending with skyrocketing inflation—but this takes it to a whole new level: banning bacon? No way, folks," said Ernst, a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee.

"Radicals in liberal states like California shouldn’t be allowed to punish hardworking farmers and producers in Iowa, which is why I’m pushing to strip out this ridiculous law and ensure Iowans can continue selling the nation’s best pork, bacon, and eggs to Americans across the country."

More than 20 states have challenged the California law, and Iowa farmers have said complying with the legislation will cost them millions.

"Iowa has an abundance of agricultural products to offer and folks from coast to coast should be able to enjoy them," Grassley said. "I’m glad to sponsor this bill which will protect Iowa farmers and producers and allow them the freedom to operate their farms as they see fit."

The California law was passed as a ballot measure in the 2018 election and will take effect on Jan. 1, 2022. The state consumes about 15 percent of the nation's pork.

Data supplied by Israel—one of the most "vaccinated" nations in the world—shows that 64.5% of those hospitalized and 67% of seriously ill people with COVID were "fully immunized" with both shots.

That's according to a report released by the Israeli Ministry of Health on July 20, 2021. It has been reported via Israel Hayom and other international news sources ... but not the American media.

In the U.K., the British Health Ministry reports that 87.2% of active COVID cases are among "fully vaccinated" people. America's media ignored that too.

And in Gibraltar, COVID cases are rising at an alarming rate despite the fact that the British territory (which borders Spain) says its citizens are at or near 100% vaccinated!

Gibraltar leads the world with the most people having received all the COVID shots. In April, a CNN article reported that it was the example to the world.

But over the past couple months, as the new cases graph went straight up in Gibraltar, CNN was silent. Like Israel, the U.K. and elsewhere, the data shows the shots are not preventing infection.

But Biden's CDC strangely contradicts all that data, claiming that the new cases are only happening among the unvaccinated.

The CDC VAERS data also shows the shots are not safe. More people have died from the COVID shots in seven months than all deaths over the past 31 years from all vaccines combined.

South Carolina Mayor Declares Emergency, Mandates Masks for Children Under 12

The mayor of Columbia, South Carolina, Stephen Benjamin, declared a state of emergency in the state capital on Wednesday, triggered by Prisma Health Children’s Hospital in Columbia reporting that it is reaching a “strained capacity” of children being diagnosed with COVID-19.

The Columbia City Council in South Carolina subsequently ratified the state of emergency during an emergency meeting on Thursday, mandating masks for all faculty, staff, visitors, and children in public and private schools, and daycares that instruct children from ages 2 to 14.

Doctors told Sue (name changed for privacy) she was “fine” when she sought medical help after receiving her second Pfizer shot. She had been training for her annual triathlon, but after taking the shot, her lymph nodes were painfully swollen, and a host of additional symptoms beset this normally ultra-healthy long-distance bicyclist.

Sue knew something was wrong after receiving the shot on April 13. But doctors kept sending her home, unable to find a cause for her ailments.

By May 24, this exceptional athlete was back in the ER with extreme pain, severe fatigue and difficulty breathing. By May 26, Sue was unable to walk.

This is an experience that Ezra Cabrera knows all too well. A few years back, a childhood friend borrowed $6,000 from the content marketing manager to pay necessary bills, like rent and utilities. "She lost her job at a time when she was diagnosed with depression. It was a tough time, and I felt nothing but sympathy for her," Cabrera recalls by email. "After a few days after she got the money, I received a call from her mom, asking if my friend was staying with me because the landlord said that her apartment was empty. Apparently, my friend ran away with my check and left her debts at home."

Understandably, this experience had a lasting effect on Cabrera. "Now, every time someone [asks to] borrow money from me, I always go back to this experience and immediately say 'no' even if my heart tells me that this person needs immediate financial help," Cabrera says. Not that she never helps anyone out -- a consultation with dad helped her to sort this out. "He told me that if I feel deep in my heart that this person is sincere and needs the money ASAP, I should just give whatever I can. Give money and not lend it to them."

When the U.S. Supreme Court missed the opportunity to directly declare that the Biden administration’s extension of the nationwide eviction moratorium was unconstitutional, it was only a matter of time until the White House and CDC would extend the suspension without any Congressional action. After Biden declared that no constitutional options were available on August 2, the CDC went ahead anyway on August 3 with an extension running until October.

In joining in with the Court’s liberals and Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s concurrence amounted to not much more than a warning to Biden not to extend the moratorium once again. Sky News Australia was suspended from YouTube for the nebulous reason of spreading COVID-19 “misinformation.”

Both YouTube and Twitter have been known to arbitrarily suspend accounts, even for prominent figures and organizations.

“The Masters of the Universe tech company did not disclose which videos had violated their policies about the virus, however, YouTube states in its guidelines that videos that discuss topics that pose ‘a serious risk of egregious harm in contradiction with local and global health authorities’ guidance about COVID-19 treatment, prevention, transmission, and social distancing’ may be removed.”

YouTube doesn’t even have to give a reason for suspension.

YouTube, which is owned by Google, has also been known to unilaterally set videos to “private,” which is the company’s way of stopping their dissemination without outright deleting videos.

Other political YouTubers have called out the platform for “shadowbanning” certain videos so viewers don’t even know they exist.

To this day, YouTube will nuke any video that mentions the name of suspected Ukraine whistleblower Eric Ciaramella.

Apparently, YouTube doesn’t want it to be known that Ciaramella worked in the Obama White House and set up meetings for Joe Biden.

Those minor details have been buried on YouTube.

Australia has arguably had the most draconian lockdown measures in the world.

The country shut down again after one COVID death, and it’s not the first time Australia has done it.

Australia is also using the military to enforce the new COVID restrictions.

Sky News Australia digital editor Jack Houghton ripped the suspension and said:

“You have a right to debate Australia’s COVID-19 policies . . . If that conversation is stifled, our political leaders will be free to act with immunity, without justification and lacking any sufficient scrutiny from the public. Your freedom to think will be extinguished.”

The establishment seems intent on quashing the “freedom to think” as it cracks down on “misinformation.”

Conservative commentator Mark Levin argued Wednesday that President Joe Biden’s defiance of a Supreme Court ruling in reissuing an eviction moratorium and not enforcing the nation’s immigration laws are grounds enough for impeachment.

“Joe Biden is the most disastrous president in modern American history. I don’t care if it’s by design or by the fact that he’s dimwitted. It doesn’t much matter to me,” Levin said on Fox News’ “Hannity” segment.

“Moreover, he’s just defied a federal statute, a Supreme Court decision. He knows that the [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention] doesn’t have the power to extend these moratoriums on rent. He says, ‘We’re going to do it anyway,’ because he listens to this Harvard emeritus professor Lawrence Tribe.”

The CDC issued an order Tuesday extending a moratorium on evictions, which had expired July 31. The extension lasts for an additional 60 days in U.S. counties with “substantial or high levels of community transmission.”

Biden said Tuesday the new moratorium covers approximately 90 percent of renters, according to a White House transcript of his remarks.
