Digital Radio information

Been thinking about buying a Digital Radio, have done some research,
 have become more confused then before i started to look.
The price range is staggering, so are the features.

Has anybody got one? or recommend a brand, what are the features that are used,
 Are you even happy with Digital.
Any information would be appreciated.

Good questions ....

I'm only half curious - because I understand the capabilities of digital technology, but - as you have observed - the prices are still for the 'must have' market, so I've not been tempted to look at it seriously.
