Very true, unfortunately due to Ebay/Paypals fraudulent handling of disputes and the loss of a balanced feedback system they (Ebay &PP) perpetuate and facilitate Buyer fraud that is growing at an alarming rate, it is getting way out of hand but as always PayPal and Ebay are untouchable by any governing body and law in any land..curious really...

The very fact that PayPal allows buyers to file a SNAD dispute, and then when they lose that one to open an INR immediately after for the same item says it all, what do they care anyway, they have their fees....The corruption within that company is rife, unfortunately Ebay and PayPal have their fingers in so many political pies they are "untouchable" they change their ToS almost on a daily basis and it would require a full time legal team to keep up with it....thats how they roll.
They said there would be cake....and there WAS!

A good eBay send up. Well worth the read.

U.S. Consumer Spending Rises Less Than Forecast, Incomes Unexpectedly Drop

Consumer spending rose less than forecast in September as incomes dropped for the first time in more than a year, a sign Americans may keep rebuilding savings and paring debt as the economy is slow to recover.

Purchases increased 0.2 percent, the smallest gain in the third quarter, Commerce Department figures showed today in Washington. Incomes fell 0.1 percent, the first drop since July 2009, and the Federal Reserve’s preferred measure of inflation stagnated, capping the smallest 12-month gain in nine years.

Extract:

Within 20 minutes at the State Library of Queensland our computer had access to the Facebook accounts of 15 people plus a Hotmail email account. Unsuspecting student Anna Westrin was stunned when showed how easy it was to access her profile.

"I think it's really scary that it's so easy, especially if you can just press one button,'' the 23-year-old student said.

I've never been comfortable with several aspects of wireless access - security being one needing particular attention.  However, this article should be read by anyone who uses wireless networking, especially the free public 'hotspots'.

... but it has now become too easy - even for a computer numpty.
