Well, you do have the parcel from the sending end - and can put delivery instructions on it. The 'Do not safe drop' stickers provided by Australia Post being one example.
However.....
If it is a registered article - or any form of delivery where a signature is required - then there is a problem, especially since Paypal forces the registered option for their so-called 'Seller Protection'.
So, there is a dilemma ... Do you risk the ire of the customer by sticking to 'signature required' forms of delivery - which can be a basic means of protection for a seller (even outside of Paypal's policies) - or do you defer to the buyers request at the risk of an INR claim?
What does your business model consider the lesser risk?
