I appreciate your patience. I'm still checking. Please bear with me as I am having technical difficulties. There may be some points during our chat wherein my responses will be delayed. I appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

Brum6y, I spent over 40 minutes online with Karen M on Monday. Probably the same one, she wasn't just cut and paste and tried to be helpful and finished with a No Worries.

this type of "robot speak" politeness always annoys the hell out of me with "live" help ...

I appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

I have quite often said to them online "dont assume I have any more patience with ebay after all that has gone on and how useless this chat has been" .... at those times i have occasionally been terminated, obviously due to an ebay "glitch" ;D

how do i hate ebay? let me count the ways (runs out of fingers ...)
