barny & impy, it was on ebay................but not on the forums and I did expect it to be honest!
I had a rogue buyer who didn't pay. He telephoned me (from Tasmania) and abused the hell out of me, as well as sending nasty e-mails. He told me he wasn't going to pay and left quite a nasty response in the NPB didpute I opened telling me he was going to leave negative................he did.

So, I complained to ebay about it. They refused to remove it, I complained again, they refused. I complained again only this time BCC'ing Todd and Shane. Shane replied and told me he was going to pass on to a senior dealing with feedback.

In the meantime, I was so p'd off that I replied to the feedback left and posted "Thank you for being an NPB" on his feedback - naughty, I know.

This morning, I received two e-mails at the same time (1.39am). The first telling me off for feedback abuse, LOL. The second saying "Thanks for writing back about this issue. After review of the comment in question, we have found that the requirements for removal have been met. The feedback has been removed in accordance with our Feedback Removal Policy". Funny, isn't it? They were adamant that what he left did not "break the rules" before!!!! Not that I am now complaining, LOL

I know I wasn't ever a legal secretary, but I know how to use solicitors. 1st, you try to do me in by sending a funny book, 2nd you say "lol, bout time someone got that character, prolly enjoyed it impy" !!!

lol col, retracted comment/post lol like your feedback, well done on getting that sorted but good example of how ebay have to put you through the hoops just to do something they should have done in the first place, their attitude sucks on that scroe, for the average person they would give up at the first refusal by ebay to remove it, where is the seller support and assistance not to mention a helpful attitude which they seem never to have

good result though col thanks to your efforts!

not to mention of course but raising even the subject in the new "improved" ebay forums would most likely equal a slap for having a "dissenting" voice, shame on ebay for that, fix it now ya wallies!

Ok gr8, you're forgiven - this time. LOL

It does go to show what can be done, but what you have to do sometimes...............well, ok, often............on ebay to get anywhere. It was a good result, thanks.

I'm just wondering if I should post something on this RT to let others know to persist in any complaints to ebay what do you think? It would certainly get reported if I tried on ebay, and we all know who would report it!
