True story.

It's another delightful moment to have a conjugal visit from me Wifey
here in Lancaster, California..the Home of the Homeless.

Shacked up, holed out in a quality motel in the belly of this beast.

All was well until I cut myself shaving.

No hokey-pokey tonight.

First Aid entailed a popular over the counter ointment.
Later, for a second application, I blunderously mistaken
the tube and applied toothpaste.

I was wondering why my penis was burning.

Wifey went into hysterical laffter.

I had only one final comment before I submitted to abject failure:

"Well at least it's minty fresh!"

True Horror Story.

Lucky you didnt get your toothpaste mixed up with your Hemorrhoid
cream or else you would have ended up with soft gums
and a ring of confidence

Even luckier you werent shaving your bum when you cut yourself
You could have ended up with arsenick poisoning

Henry J. Casolari --- HOME SWEET HOME --- You have had a long hard year. You look exhausted and only somewhat relieved. You now have your story after paying an expensive price of time out of your life. Like many others I have been following the "Tales of Tello" or "The Tello Tales" as I choose to call your Oz blog. As I have said before, your true talent lies in your usage of the written word. Keep on writing. In keeping with the title "God Clown" you have so crowned me with, May God Bless you and your efforts. Welcome home Ron.

Tello:May 6?

S: May 6th. I haven't changed my arrival date. I just wish I could bring my van. I would love to bring some home making things with me.

T:Well baby yoove never had trouble stuffing yer car before n you can do it again!!!
Yeah, oops. A bus, i remember now... :p
Stuff a suitcase!

S: I'm afraid of bringing my car. The car doesn't have that much longer to go. I need it to last. How am i EVER GONNA AFFORD ANOTHER CAR?

T: Selling books? No. Take the bus.

T: Hurry. Help me get more firewood. Use your Social Skills to swing a deal, eh? I got connections.

S: Are you running out? And why wouldn't they automatically give you a deal? I don't even know what a cord costs

T: Low supply. Toschak ripped off 4 cords from me. It's a published story. Sure I can get the average going-rate deal, but we're a special circumstance, right? Sympathies are in our favor.

S: Will I have to pay for this? And how much does a cord cost?

T: I'm looking at trading. Average rates a cord here $300 last time I made a buy.

S: Is that for hard wood?

T: No. The local species. Pine.

T: Stop! New....just remembered I got some sticks that need cutting. Rent a chainsaw guy for half-day and we be stylin'!!!
Not 1/2 day. 2 hours tops.

S: cool. you see I have a chain saw. too bad I can't bring it.

T: no didnt see ur saw. I got a guy. no prob.

S: Why would you need someone else to operate the chainsaw? we can operate it ourselves.

T: I can't n won't cuzza my medical condition. Risky. You run the saw?

S: Your medical condition being your back?

T: that and my head. I still suffer from the hit I took in jail. Dizzy spells and I wobble like drunk. I'm not as well as I may appear. And I gotta make elko pay for this!!

S: Where the felafel was I when you told me the story about that!!?? Can you remind me?

T: I told you sometime since we been together. Crazy girl threw a book at me. Head shot, nearly knocked me out. Admin. covered-up the incident & I had no proper medical attention.

S: I remember that story now. Well now that you have medical, you can go see a doctor about that. I had no idea that it affected you so badly and that you were still suffering from the effects of it.

S: I only have a small electric chainsaw. I can operate that. I don't know about a large gas one. But if you only have sticks, you sure that would be enough?

T: don't bring it. I got this on my end!

S: I know. I was just pondering whether to bring my car.

T: Well, you say it's gonna blow up anyways so why not do it in style with another fabulous Montello Road Trip?

to be continued?

I rly shouldn't do this.....

...but right now ("In the Moment"), I think I'll put my clothes on, ditch my weapons, stash my herb, hide the bodies, turn the volume up and step outside.

When I was a Lad I was asked that stupid question only adults could utter: "What do you want to be when you grow up?"

And I spoke, saying:

" I wanna bust out of this joint, grow my hair long, play my drums at B.L. Bergstrom Stadium without a permit, smoke all the dope in El Monte, play my KMET louder than God, hop in my '62 Ford Time Machine and tell you squares and your whole world you can kiss my Rebel @zz "Good-bye!" "

:tello: "Now that I've done all that, concluding 10 years ago...man, I got nothing to do".

Seems reasonably priced even though roughly 10% above average market price for the area , maybe its a 10% nicer place , taxes are low , mortgage rates are still low over there arent they?
But you need to be gainfully employed to get a mortgage ...hmmm
What sort of $$$ would you get for selling your property in Montello?
and your drums if you have any left
Or win the lottery or find a cashed up armoured car and shoot the gaurd in the foot

Or sue the Elko constabluary for wrongful arrest

Is there enough in the Amigo's petty cash tin to acquire the said asset?

Ron Tello Culley to Doug Smith

·
Why are cymbals sold in grams?
What's the history on this?
Info. please.
Merry Christmas!

Doug Smith  One of the great mysteries of the Universe...

Matthew Middleton · Friends with Doug Smith

Originally, gram weight was used by collectors to determine what vintage cymbals were thin, medium thin, etc. since the manufacturer's labeling didn't come in until the 70's. Some collectors began to believe they could tell what a cymbal they'd never played or heard sounded like just by knowing how much it weighed. Thanks to the internet, this idiotic dogma is now generally accepted as truth and spreads to the uninitiated like chicken pox in a day care.

Ron Tello Culley BRAVO man! Thank you!

Ron Tello Culley And to Franklin I say "Nice try, kid".

Matthew Middleton Always glad to be of help.

YES THEY CAN TAKE YOUR CAR TOO-----BASED ON HEARSAY!---
be careful to those that know you.......they can now mess up your life ..with no proof, or requirements... anybody you want to get in trouble..GUILTY UNTIL INNOCENT---DUE PROCESS RIGHTS GONE-----THIS GOES FAR BEYOND THE NARROW TOPIC OF GUN CONTROL-----AND SETS PRECEDENT FOR NO MORE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY----FOR ANYTHING-----UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF MONEY------GOES FAR BEYOND GUN ISSUES-------IT MEANS THEY CAN TAKE AWAY YOUR CAR TOO-if they thought you could use it as a weapon in anger- and it could take you months if ever to get your car back!.......You, could say I feared they were under stress or other......and cause guns to be confiscated with no proof.......imagine if your a cop, security guard, private detective, hunter, sportsman or sports woman of any type, and your wife/husband/son/dad/brother or in law or other...... has an argument with you.....now you cant work....they can do an "Ill show you" thing and mess you up for months, and cost you tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands, to clear your good name and reputation.....plus other....the olegal precedent means they could take your car away.......of somebody said you may potentially use it as a weapon..........and you would have to wait weeks before your day in court-if you can afford a day in court------goes way beyond guns, to all aspects of freedom..

Steven Michael King Far Beyond Gun Control---it sets precident for complete lack of due process rights, and presumption of inocense and many other Constitutional Issues...goes FAR beyond the narrow topic of bun control.......I'm not even particularly engaged on the matter of gun control/rights, but the notion that any type of civil litigation can be brought against you by an arm of the state without that government agency making a good faith effort to notify you of said legal action and to provide you with due process to answer any charges against you is a very obnoxious precedent on matters going way beyond the narrow topic of gun control

Steven Michael King in theory, they can take your car by arguing that there are enough laws, establishing enough precedent........then you got to pay an impound fee.......maybe $300 a day......while you wait your day in court, to prove your not likley to use your car as a weapon.......its a slippery slope......and if you dont let the cops take your car....then your in more trouble......

I see at least three problems with that excerpt: Anecdotal accusations are basically "he said, she said", being judged without a conviction is tantamount to "guilty until proven innocent", so if you liked the movie "death race 2000" that could be evidence you may want to run over people.......if you were wrongfully arrested, it could still go against you even though no charges ever filed.etc.........or any time cops were called by a room mate for example

Steven Michael King people need to remember that when there is abuse....it tends to happen because of a loophole nobody intended or thought of......un-intended consquences happen due to poorly written laws, and case precedence that happens after......especially abuse by regulatory agencies and law enforcement

Steven Michael King when I saw incidents of regulatory and or police abuse....it started by stretching laws......especially when competitor driven........I recall when we beat the FTC Judge John Davies, asked the FTC..."Who are you trying to protect? you have happy investors, and happy customers, and the only complaints are from competitors?".........the FTC kept on violating the judges restraining orders, and kept getting caught in lies, and breaking their own rules and procedures, Gerald Meyer.......and I saw several similar cases,, during the decades.......

Steven Michael King I recall in that case, Judge John Davies getting frustrated because despite the FTC breaking the law again and again, violating the judges restraining orders and other......there was not much the judge could do......we won, yet it cost over $300,000, with all happy owners and customers, and the only complaints from competitors Gerald Meyer......and the FTC even followed many of the investors into other deals......and they had to keep fighting to win.....and they did.......but had to spend a lot of money, getting the government to follow the law......and again, happy owners and customers......just unhappy competitors
