Unscrupulous Feedback Sellers allowed to continue
« on: March 28, 2010, 05:33:46 PM »
There are some people selling feedback, it's been there for a while, it's been reported several times and yet... Ebay have still not removed it and on it goes...

When is Ebay going to be held accountable for permitting these dishonest goings on.

Liisa, there is a simple way to get rid of them. Any buyer who buys the advertised '$1 coin' could lodge an item not received claim and leave neg feedback. A few negs and at least other buyers may be deterred.

Liisa and Loco, eBay don't seem to be in too much of a hurry to remove listings like that. The same goes for the listing that I saw the other day with links to Amazon. It is still there! Pity the poor sellers who are trying to sell the same item on eBay when they are being directed straight to an Amazon listing at a cheaper price.

a sellers class action would be the way to go liisa and sometimes the lawyers will do it pro bono or fee on success even here, there are some specialists in that area, you would have to fight apathy though ... big problem

Dont get me started on Ebay at the moment, I accidently left a followup comment in the wrong place for the wrong item and despite 8 Emails and counting to trust and safety they REFUSE to remove it, and have basically told me "too bad who cares it stays"  in cut and pasted reposnses some of which it was blatantly clear they had not read as the replies had little or nothing to do with the issue.

Then they had the hide to send me a survey asking me what I thought of their customer service, needless to say I felt compelled to tell them.

Yes that one has but we have a new contender who sold to our origional guy (honestlucas ) who it would seem is rapidly boosting his feedback, 6 more in the past  few hours.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250603857471

Actually so you can get a better idea look here -  http://shop.ebay.com.au/mahooshlomi/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p4340

But don't worry, he WILL send you a CD if you really want one.

Basically this new guy is buying and selling feedback too, if you look at the origional guy "honestlucas" he is looking for ways to fastrack his feedback.

In fact I would not be supprised if it was not the same guy.. disturbing, how long before he is selling big ticket items and doing a runner do you think?

But hey Ebay can see nothing wrong with that..

and.. well.. one thats just plain odd - http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130376615823

Either way if you cross reference all the buyers and sellers its just one big feedback selling ring.

So far Honest lucas has by my estimate had well over 60 - 90 listings removed, and continues to put them up as fast as they are taken down, I Guess Ebay find him an asset considering all the listing fees he is generating for them, thats probably why he is still a registered user, oh and his 20 other ID's, and his cohorts..and..

Currently Our friend Lucas has none up again, all went poof lol, watch this space.
