I had an error message too but signed out and the signed straight back in again and now seem to have access to everything

apparently the whole system is clogged up with some sort of melted chocolate, cream and custard solution which they have no idea as to where it came from

Imp, testing would probably prove you correct! High levels of toxic emissions, polluting the air and the waterways is a real danger to the environment!
