ron....i do! it might take 2-3 years but it will come back. it does suck as land was not over inflated like all of the house shite was. it simply got hit by the ripple effect.

the housing market was bullshit! but land was steady for years. it does suck!

is montello booming, yet?

Tello..... for every downside there is usually an up. At least you can do some serious drumming without noise complaints from the neighbours? The beer will always be cold..... (assuming that you're not a recycled pommy who prefers it at room temperature) and there'll never be a long line waiting for the bus. Now there's some positives!

gr8 - I watched a show on C&I with a bloke they called the "Iceman". As the story goes - Hoffa was shot, (murdered by Iceman) crushed in amongst scrap metal and reincarnated as a Toyota in Japan. (Story was never proven.....)

I particularly loved the bit where he was asked if anything ever shocked him. He said no - but he was surprised when he shot a bloke in a car beside him in the head with a shotgun - and it blew his head completely off! "Shocked..... no.... but it did surprise me, I didn't think it'd do that."

That's very true gr8...... but he absolutely adored his kids.... as he said to the interviewer - "I'd kill everyone in this room for my kids - no problem." Had a few arguments with the wife - gave her a knife and told her to use it on him. She chose to walk away.

yes he loved his kids didnt he, it never seemed to translate to others kids being important to them tho nor that the people he bumped off were important to their kids, the theor those guys start out on is that they only kill scumbags, but the line gets blurred over time methinks, brain was not wired for compassion, possibly because he was showed none and could only relate to his own kids having been there from the start with them

I met a man here some years ago. He was a contract killer - a hitman. He had the ability to be able to stand aside from his own conscience and take a life. As far as he was concerned - it was nothing personal - just business. Without any knowledge of his background - first impressions were that he was just a nice bloke.

Ebay has just changed the feature listing rights to only top rated sellers. Which is good for them because they get all the exposure now. Small/ medium sellers will be put out top rated sellers catagory in a short period of time because they will not qualify to be one and the only ones left will be walmart, sears, target, homedepot, ext.. you get my point. This was there clever way of finally getting rid of all small sellers once and for all! Good job ebay, you did it!!
