Another Governor Sticks it to Biden’s Proposed Gun Control Measures

It’s no secret that under newly appointed President Joe Biden, the Constitutional rights of every American have been increasingly infringed upon – and none more so than that of our Second Amendment, which gives us the right to keep and bear arms.

According to Biden and his administration, guns are a significant problem in the United States, allowing massive amounts of unnecessary violence to be carried out each year. And so he wants to limit we, the people’s, use of them – starting with a ban on “assault rifles,” high-capacity magazines, and firearm accessories such as a pistol stabilizing brace.

6 Obvious Dangers Waiting for Us On The Beach
by The Outdoor Wear Team April 28, 2021

Practically every person understands that they are not to swim during a hurricane, or that dangerous animals are in the oceans and seas and that large waves could carry them far out into the seas away from the shore. However, there are several hidden dangers most individuals do not have any idea about.

Which flower does the fleur-de-lis symbol represent?
Iris
84%
Correct
Rose
Violet
Daisy

The fleur-de-lis is generally believed to be a stylized iris bloom, although there are varying interpretations. Interestingly, "lis" actually means "lily" in French, but research has determined that the shape and color of the symbol more likely represent an iris, possibly a yellow flag iris. Versions of the symbol date back to ancient Mesopotamia. The fleur-de-lis is of particular importance in French heraldry, appearing on royal coats of arms from around the 12th century onward. The contemporary Parisian coat of arms still features the symbol, and a number of former French colonies also use it in their flags — as does the state of Louisiana.

"Never forget that justice is what love looks like in public".

-Cornel West

Philosopher and activist Cornel West has long taken on the plight of inequality in race, gender, and class. This quote, written in his 2009 book, "Brother West: Living and Loving Out Loud, A Memoir," speaks to that background. West wants us to know that if we act with love, we can help create justice for all communities. If we live with compassion and integrity, and bring those virtues out into the world with us — whether that’s shown through our personal relationships or public demonstrations — we can change the lives of people around us.

Biden Administration Sued For Bias Against White Farmers

Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller sued the Biden administration last Monday for discrimination against white farmers. Specifically, he claimed the US Department of Agriculture excluded white farmers from relief efforts.

Consequently, the decision violated the US Constitution and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Republican commissioner received backing from the America First Legal Foundation.

You should not be forced to make this choice

Mat Staver, LC Action Chairman <no-reply@lcaction.org>
To:
Ron Culley

Tue, Apr 27 at 10:03 AM

My legal team is being flooded by people asking for help as their employer or school is forcing them to get COVID injections or lose their job or hope of ever graduating. There are real people facing these challenges right now.

At the same time, there is a long list of breaking news stories on post-COVID injection deaths. The total reported number of people who lost their lives after these injections has risen to 3,186 people. There were also 86,080 adverse reactions that include 115 miscarriages. According to the CDC and a Harvard study, less than one percent of adverse vaccine reactions are reported on the VAERS log. The real numbers could be staggering.

One state is now pushing to erase all religious exemptions to vaccinations for all schools. This is a huge jump toward forced vaccines and the passports to prove it. Vaccine passports are a serious threat. Demand freedom from MANDATORY VACCINE PASSPORTS and TRACING APPS! - Mat

Ron,

Few things are more heinous than government requiring a Catholic school to force the children to be injected with experimental shots, including aborted fetal cells, or one that was tested using the cell line of an aborted child. Catholic clergy and nuns must not be forced to choose between their faith and their mission to educate children.

However, that is exactly what some Connecticut legislators want to do. Their state House just passed a bill to revoke ALL religious exemptions for ALL vaccines on school-age children—starting at kindergarten. Forty-five states have religious opt-outs, but COVID is now being used to gut religious freedom. Just two years ago, 48 states had religious accommodation laws.

And this bill passed by nearly a 2/3 majority in the Democrat-controlled state house!

There are 198 religious schools that serve about 45% of the students in the state and almost 8,000 students that rely on this religious exemption. But this freedom is hanging by a thread inside a Democrat-controlled Senate and a Democrat governor's mansion. In addition, 71% of people in this state identify as either Protestant, Catholic or Jewish.

The CT governor will sign the bill if it passes. He says, "it sends a strong signal, which I appreciate. Get vaccinated."

Religious freedom is the reason America was founded. We fought back against government restrictions on places of worship. Now the attack is intensifying over mandatory health or digital vaccine passports. We must not be fooled into thinking this threat to freedom will pass with COVID. We must stop this threat now!

Stop this insanity. Tell governors and legislators NO MANDATORY VACCINE PASSPORTS or TRACKING APPS.

Here is a short list of a few of the post-vaccine deaths that have hit the news. It cannot be seriously maintained that all of the deaths and adverse reactions are merely coincidence.

Haley Brinkmeyer, a healthy 28-year-old physical therapist who played soccer, softball and basketball in college and graduated with her Ph.D. in 2018, was injected on Jan. 19. Two days later, she was dead.

Sara Stickles, another 28-year-old health care worker, got the second injection Feb. 2. Five days later, she had a stroke and died after 10 days. She is survived by a young son.

Tim Zook, a 61-year-old X-ray technician, had "never been so excited to get a shot," according to his Facebook post Jan. 5. But Zook never left the hospital. Four hours after taking the shot, he was admitted to the ER. Within two days, his blood pressure had dropped into a dangerous zone, and his kidneys were failing. He died four days after his second shot.

Kassidi Kurill, a healthy 39-year-old surgical tech and single mother described as having more energy than anyone around her, got the second Moderna shot and was dead four days later with kidney failure. She had no known pre-existing conditions and is survived by her daughter.

Janet Moore, a 39-year-old nurse with no known comorbidities, was dead within 48 hours of the COVID shot. Her brother said, "it was a mandatory vaccine ... for her job." She is survived by her two sons.

Witold Rogiewicz, a Polish doctor, made fun of others' concerns while getting injected on Jan. 26. He died suddenly on Feb. 15.

John Foley, a brilliant 21-year-old junior studying medicine at the University of Cincinnati, got a J&J injection on April 10. That evening, he started feeling bad and died the next day. However, the CDC stated no males have been harmed by J&J COVID shots, so Foley's death is being ignored. J&J will now have to include a warning label, but patients never see the labels of the vials from which an injection is drawn.

There are more than 3,000 other stories of sudden death after these injections, and vaccine manufacturers have zero liability or financial responsibility for any of them!

We need to fight for the freedom for each individual to have the choice to decide what to inject in their bodies. Even if you have already faxed before, we need to keep this demand for freedom on the desks of our politicians. Stand up for freedom. Tell governors and legislators NO MANDATORY VACCINE PASSPORTS or TRACKING APPS.

NBC just published an article applauding that "Americans vaccinated against Covid may be allowed to go to Europe in summer"—but those avoiding the shot are expected to face extensive travel restrictions.

If we do not push back, we will lose the freedom to work, shop, dine, travel and even worship. Since we began messaging, a number of states have pushed back with executive orders or pending legislation. We have momentum, and we must not take freedom for granted.

There are a number of reasons why cities and even small towns are dangerous…

But there’s one reason above all:
Violence.

Violence comes in multiple forms. Riots, looting, robberies, fights and crime.

Towns and cities have become dangerous concrete jungles.

Like a jungle, law enforcement funding cuts and “reorganizations” mean to a certain extent — it’s survival of the fittest.

Here’s a quick primer on how to survive any form of violence.

Survival in a wilderness is about finding food and being able to shelter yourself.

In an urban setting, it’s about avoiding conflict and being prepared for it if it occurs.

Both require two things:

Situational awareness: A near constant understanding of where you are, potential threats and a sense of what could occur while in that environment.

Tactical knowledge: Specific training, practice and knowledge based on those situations you find yourself in.

Situational Awareness in a Town or City

Knowing your surroundings in the city is different than being able to get around.

You may know every hot spot in town, but can you tell when something is about to “go down?”

There are three levels of awareness:

Awareness of key details: For instance, people at the event/function who don’t seem like they’re there for the event.

Private security or causing trouble? Giant bags of bricks laid in the street before/during a big protest. What’s (or who’s) out of place?

What those details mean: A big bag of bricks in a crowd of angry people, likely means trouble.

But is it in front of construction?

If there isn’t a construction site someone could be attempting to incite rioting.

Use that information to predict potential scenarios: Out of place paraphernalia at a soon to be protest spots are details that violence is likely to occur.

If it’s on your street, you can then begin to logically think through what would happen.

Bricks thrown at law enforcement, broken windows, tear gas.

It’s going to be a long night and it’s best to get a hotel and lock up tight before you leave.

Tactical Knowledge for Street Survival
Attaining awareness and predicting scenarios is a big piece to the puzzle.

But what happens if you’re in a situation (predicted or not)?

When you’re in a threatened position, it takes skills that you knew beforehand to get you out.

You’ll need things like:

Self defense knowledge: Know how to attack someone in vulnerable points, allowing you to quickly get away from confrontation.

Kicking pressure points or a solid throat punch are easy tactics to learn.

Street smarts: This is where knowing your way around town is helpful.

Not necessarily the touristy spots, but knowledge of side streets, access points, where to blend in and how to move in congested situations.

Learn to fight: There’s a difference between knowing a few quick moves to take down an opponent and knowing how to carry yourself in a fight.

You can win if you’re outmatched, but it helps to know you can fight.

When you’re out, work on your situational awareness.

While you’re at home, practice self defense and review your plans of action (of what you’ll do in different scenarios.)

That way, if the urban jungle tries to take you out — you’ll be ready.

See, the thing about bugs is..
when they get in our space it's an issue.

If the bugs would keep to themselves
we wouldn't need chemicals to draw the line.

BLOWING SMOKE AWAY
FDA Bans Menthol Cigarettes and Flavored Cigars

The US Food and Drug Administration announced Thursday it will start banning menthol cigarettes and all flavored cigars. This is a decision many anti-smoking advocates hoped for a long time.

Menthol Cigarettes Ban
Acting FDA Commissioner Dr. Janet Woodcock issued a statement regarding the ban. “With these actions, the FDA will help significantly reduce youth initiation, increase the chances of smoking cessation among current smokers, and address health disparities experienced by communities of color, low-income populations, and LGBTQ+ individuals, all of whom are far more likely to use these tobacco products,” she said.

Anti-smoking groups and health advocates who wanted a menthol ban lauded the decision. “It’s been a long road, but we’re here now,” said Delmonte Jefferson, executive director of the Center for Black Health & Equity. “This is victory,” he added.

"Creativity means to push open the heavy, groaning doorway of life itself."
Daisaku Ikeda

Daisaku Ikeda, a Japanese Buddhist philosopher and peace advocate, has often spoken and written about the perseverance of the human spirit. This encouraging metaphor comes from a speech he gave to students at Soka University of America in 1974 on the transformative power of creativity. He cautioned students not to be discouraged or indolent when faced with difficulties, because “the creative essence of life is never crushed or vanquished by such things.” Instead, he encouraged them to keep working, producing, and creating. He urged, “Never for an instant forget the effort to renew your life, to build yourself anew.”

The idea of using fertilizers is to give birth and grow plants and beautiful flower species that make the Earth lively. For some, maintaining a garden in the backyard or the outdoors is a hobby. While for the rest, it is to make the environment lively.

There comes the point where it becomes difficult to maintain the garden and feed the plants, where you are stuck in a dilemma of either letting go of it or find cheaper methods. The latter seems like a reasonable and feasible option. There are various benefits of using home-based food for plants other than drastically reduced expenses. Homemade feeds are responsible for achieving green and lush vegetation, making your garden look like paradise. Keeping the benefits of using homemade feed for your plants in mind to maintain and feed your precious garden, here is a list of homemade methods to produce food for plants efficiently and cost-effectively.

Report: Warrant Issued For Arrest Of Pastor Who Kicked COVID Police Out Of His Church

A warrant has reportedly been obtained by Calgary police for the arrest of Artur Pawlowski, a Polish pastor who went viral for demanding that officers checking for COVID compliance leave his church on two separate occasions.

A copy of the warrant obtained by Rebel News and reported on by the Daily Wire and Washington Examiner shows that Pawlowski faces potential arrest if he is to obstruct police from entering The Fortress (Cave) of Adullam Church in Calgary.

It was issued last week but allegedly not seen by Pawlowski’s lawyer until some time this week.

Idaho to Ban Critical Race Theory in Schools

All around the country, we have seen a scary trend start to take over. It’s called critical race theory and has been caught creeping its way into just about every type of institution in America, from our government houses and justice system to our schools and universities.

If you haven’t heard of CRT, it is basically the idea that humans, or more specifically, white humans, as they have been in a seat of power for most of America’s history as well as that of the “civilized” world, are inherently racist. And as such, every system in existence, again, from our governments and courts of justice to our schools, has been created to only promote such hatred and evil ideas.

Biden’s Unfair Menthol Ban Is Bad For Black Smokers

The Biden administration is taking aim at menthol cigarettes. Under a new proposal, the minty tobacco product could be outright banned by the federal government. Not all cigarettes, mind you, although there is talk along those lines too, just menthols. The plan isn’t just wrongheaded, it’s dangerous and deeply unfair as well. Also, like so much of Biden’s backwards agenda, it places needless emphasis on race.

Phantasm

Houses and castles are built for life, churches and temples and mosques are built for worship, and pyramids and mausoleums are built for death. But a folly? That’s just for looks. A folly is an ornamental structure built for the sole purpose of looking pretty. In England they are also called “eyecatchers,” and were particularly popular in 18th century gardens. Examples of common styles include an extravagant gazebo built to look like a small Gothic church, and a “sham ruin,” a structure created to look like a dilapidated building falling into pieces. The term “folly” comes from the French word “folie,” which can mean “a delight,” but also means “madness.” It’s an apt term for these extravagant, but beautiful, pieces of architecture.

Biden Interrupted By Protesters Demanding To Abolish ICE

President Joe Biden had a speech marking his 100th day in office interrupted by protesters calling for him to “abolish ICE” and “end private detention centers” for illegal immigrants.

The incident took place Thursday at a drive-in rally near Atlanta.

The President initially joked with the immigration activists who were shouting “end detention now.”

“We’ll give you a microphone,” Biden quipped.

The hecklers continued, chanting such phrases as “abolish ICE” and “communities not prisons.”
