I know quite a few sellers have been waiting, waiting, waiting for them... They had been told the satchels would be available on the 3rd of March, so AP seem to have calculated correctly.
The fact that AP ran out of satchels for such a while is quite bizarre, though. It seems rather haphazard and inefficient - but then this is all quite new...
