Sellers will now have the ability to opt out of having the eBay-generated email sent to buyers.

To opt out of the Payment Reminder email:
1. Go to My eBay
2. Click on the “Account” tab.
3. Choose Site Preferences
4. Choose Selling Preferences, then scroll down to “Manage communications with buyers” to change your status to “opt out”.

To see an example of the eBay Payment Reminder email that eBay sends, follow these steps in Selling Manager Pro:
1. Go to My eBay
2. Go to Selling Manager Pro
3. Choose Automation Preferences
4. Under the header “Emails eBay sends for you,” look for the “Preview” link beside “48 hours after item has sold”
