New bidding/Won Eaby pages and sellers names
« on: May 21, 2009, 11:29:23 PM »
Is there anyway you can display the sellers names AND sort by the sellers names?

Example - buying multiple items in one catergory and you know that one seller has more than one item - that you have bid on

Can you display the sellers names - so that you know how many items you are intending to purchase or have purchased from that seller?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Do you mean in My eBay?

I don't know whether you can sort by seller but you can tick to show the seller's ID in customise.

You can customise the bidding or won sections by clicking on edit on the coloured bar > customise > select "Choose your own" and tick what you want to be able to view, can include sellers ID or email.

You can also create lists. Maybe you could make a list for each seller and then choose which list to view.

Your bouncing bird scares me too, Ewok. It keeps reminding me of a story about an amateur company which performed the opera "Tosca". You know how the story ends - Tosca, the fiery singer whose beauty has attracted the dark lust of an evil chief of police called Scarpia, has given in to Scarpia's demands that she yield to him in exchange for her lover Cavaradossi not suffering further torture and for the execution planned for Cavaradossi to be a mock one so that the lovers can flee afterwards with safe conduct passes. She kills Scarpia rather than give in to him, but he had still fooled her; the execution was real, and when Tosca realises she'd exulted and watched as Cavaradossi was shot, complimenting him on his acting skills, she understands she's lost everything... and plunges over the castle ramparts to her death.

It's all very dramatic (even melodramatic, some might say) - but imagine how ludicrous it becomes when the mattress used to break the fall of the soprano singing Tosca was replaced by a trampoline.

Boing.

Boing.

Boing.

Tosca flings herself from the castle ramparts. As the audience gasps in horror, she briefly reappears over the ramparts, then disappears, then appears again, then disappears, then appears...

Ewok, your bird is just like that poor Tosca... Boing, boing, boing...!
