It's amazing how crude this filter is.

A high-school kid would be embarrassed if they wrote something like that.  Their peers would rib them unmercifully and they would be the target of ridicule for years to come.


The only thing is that it is just a warning and you can continue....

... at least for the moment.

I get a similar kind of warning message sometimes when I offer a money order as a payment option  :(

I am such a criminal! The message says:

Attention seller, it appears you are offering a payment option not allowed under ebay policies...... :vent:

When I put a special on in my Ebay shop, I got a message saying that if I was interfering or fixing my prices at Ebay's expense there was penalties.

?????

Was Ebay upset because they weren't going to get as high final value fees?

I contacted live help and they had no idea and informed me that I needed to be honest in what I listed.

Weird.

If only all sellers were honest in what they listed there would be far fewer problems on eBay.

Ebay is just a venue...Pffftttttt.

Seriously they are so inept sometimes.

My sister called me yesterday looking for something in the help pages, sadly when both of us tried clicking the help link it stated that the page could not be found, (today it appears functional) even funnier was the other day when "mary" the community guide posted a bunch of unrelated links to a members enquiry and ALL the links were dead or no longer existed..... How embarrasing  :footinmouth: LOL
