Wifey accepted a friend's party invite at the local Pub on Friday night.
I went willingly, in full casual attire and an aching old carpenter's back.
It was her shout on my pints.
(Because I had money for the first time in several months thru low fault of my own,) I bought myself a shot of Gold, with "salad". And played billiards with herself and a pair of local good ol' young men. [ Yes, I did humour them. ]
I ate and drank freely as I have on the open Nevada range.
The next day...now, I have a Free Range Hangover.
Consequently, I'm on the Disabled List of today's domestic chores and industrial events.
Today is my Sunday; tomorrow will be my Saturday.
Be there or beware.
Oh, SNAP!
When I buckle-up my nailbags, nothing on campus is exempt from my power to repair, construct, demolish or dispatch. [Only] I can change my world....because you won't.
Sure, I'm slow, but I'm competent.
