http://pages2.ebay.com.au/PayPal/PayPalMerchantPromotion

Every sale paid for with PayPal during the promotion period automatically enters you in the draw to visit our office for the grand prize draw. Once there, you’ll be given one hundred boxes to choose from, each box containing a cheque, including one for three million dollars! Which means even if you don’t pick the big one, you’ll still walk away with a cheque for AU$10,000.

Prize details. The winner of the computerised random draw and a guest will be flown to Sydney from their nearest capital city and transported to the PayPal office at 1 York Street in Sydney. The winner may then select one envelope from a choice of 100 and receive the value of that envelope's contents ie. either a AU$10,000 or a AU$3,000,000 cheque. 99 envelopes contain a cheque for AU$10,000 and 1 envelope contains a cheque for AU$3,000,000.

Not a bad prize bnwt, much better than a lot of the other promotions that PayPal have run. Of course I'd like the 3 million, but I wouldn't mind winning the $10,000 and a trip to Sydney!

Actually I take that back, when my name is selected I'll have to send a proxy to Sydney because the draw is being held on Melbourne Cup Day. And I'll be busy that weekend.  :filenails:  :happebali:

I'll volunteer Wheels - and as a special OZRT offer, I'll do it for half my normal rate of 10%... so it'll only cost you $500 (or $150,000 :) )

(Same offer open to any OZRT members who will be similarly impaired from attending.)

bnwt, why don't you email PayPal and ask them. I'm sure they'll tell you where to go.

How thrilling. I live in Sydney. I wonder if they'll fly me to Sydney? I want to travel by FA18 fighter jet.

Academic really as I didn't get the message.

I like your idea Ubb - but I think I'd go for the FA22.

Trouble is, I'm in Sydney too - even more disheartening is that I know the building they're in.  (You'd get a nice clean shot at it from a run in from the north...!)

My wife got one as they are personally addressed to a recipient. They must have sent out thousands of them but I reckon most people would throw them straight in the bin.
But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us therewith be content.
