I've never received anything like that.... and only 4 days late?  I'd have to consider that an 'on time' delivery - for eBay.

I wouldn't take the responsibility too personally, Smee.  They had to blame someone since they haven't the guts to accept it themselves - and you just happened to be the lucky punter!
