Hello,
Thanks Alot for your email response to me.Its my First time getting to make a Purchase Online....i live in Seattle.... I am ready to buy it now for my Dad and i am not in town at the moment as i am a Pipeline supervisor and due to the nature of my work, It hard to make a phone calls and visiting of website are restricted but i squeezed out time to check this advert and send you an email regarding it. I really want it to be a surprise for my dad so i wont let him know anything about it until it gets delivered to him..I insisted on pay pal because i don't have access to my bank account online as i don't have internet banking, but i can pay from my pay pal account, as i have my bank a/c attached to it, i will need you to give me your pay pal email address so i can make the payments.
please if you don't have pay pal account yet, it is very easy to set up, go to WWW.paypal.com and get it set up, after you have set it up i will only need the e-mail address you use for registration with pay pal so as to put the money through. I have a pick up agent that will come and pick it after i have made the payments..Can i see more Pictures , please ??? As am unable to come take a look or get things done in person.
Am willing to Buy immediately, and would want you to remove the ads posting off the Website and we consider this Arrangement Ok with us both.Payment will be made  as soon as you give me your pay pal account email adds,

Eager to hear from you soon,
Dan

I was just about to make the payment when i had this little problem
with the picking up,I got an email from my agent..i taught i included
that in my previous email.he said he won't come and pick up unless i
pay him the agent commission fee first in order to be able to schedule
a pick up time ,and my pick up agent head quarters is in the USA and
all commission payments made for pick up, from anywhere in the world
is sent to their head quarters in the USA and the only form of
payments they accept is western union money transfer and i tried to
pay online but i will need a credit card which i didn't bring along,
and there is no post office(there is usually a western union section
in have to ask you to help me with the pick up fees, i will include
the $400 they charged to pick it up and take it my home(1st class
treatment), to the payments i will send through pay pal. After i have
made the payments and it has been confirmed by pay pal, i will need
you to help me send the $400 to my pick up agent through western union
money transfer, the western union money transfer can be made at a
western union office near to you, there is always a western union agent
in most western union or online at www.westernunion.com  .I will be
making the payments shortly and will email you as soon as it has been
done.

Hope to hear from you soonest.
Thanks.

Sounds legit.
Western Union has a fee, usually $25. Add that, too. Can you verify it?

I'm just waiting for someone to try this sort of thing on me. I have my innocently naïve replies all sorted out in advance, and the final coup d'état:

Quote
"Dear [name of scammer]

Congratulations! You've received a payment on behalf of [my name] for the amount of $xxxxxxx.xx USD including the Safety Inclusion Transfer Fee of $5000 USD!

Amount: $xxxxxxx.xx USD
MTCN:501-xxx-xxxx
Sender's first name: Tekkin
Sender's middle name: Mickey
Sender's last name: Owttayu

To claim your FULL PAYMENT of $xxxxxxx.xx USD, please pay the Safety Inclusion Transfer Fee of $5000 USD to our office now. You will then be able to pick up the ENTIRE AMOUNT at your nearest Western Union office!

Payment is easy and ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED! Just head to our online secure payment site https://www.westernunionsecureonline.com and make your payment by PayPal, Paymate or credit card.*

*These are the only accepted methods of payment for the Safety Inclusion Transfer Fee.

Dear Ron Tello,

Thanks for telling us about the suspicious message you received.

That message is not a genuine Second Chance Offer, Best Offer, Want It
Now, or Buy It Now message. It's a fraudulent email from someone who's
trying to sell you an item outside of eBay.

You can always tell by checking the My Messages section in My eBay. If
an offer is legitimate, you'll find a copy of it there. In addition,
genuine offers never tell you to email the seller at a different email
address.

Thanks again for reporting this email and helping us keep eBay and
PayPal safe.

Sincerely,

The PayPal Team

SO WHATS WRONG WITH THE LAW ENFORCERS?????

Are they incompetent and need to be accountable as well??

How hard would it be for Tellos info to be forwarded to FBI ,CSI, ATT GENERAL or all the other agencies..  why cant someone be at that Western office?  why aren't there CCTV cameras photographing them,  hey make Tello an under cover operative, plant him in the office and let him jump the counter when "mr Daniel Stean" comes to visit.... surely immunity would be granted???
