Not unreasonable charges - if you were to buy it from the yard, but then this IS eBay, isn't it?

However, the yard/admin fee could be interpreted as a handling charge - could it not?  If so, would it be considered reasonable?

If it helps eBay's bottom line in any way .. it will.

* removes cynic's hat and notices it is starting to fit quite comfortably lately *
