It was a great weekend. More of a get together than a full on tournament. Lots of fun & joking at night & I didn't take the shoot seriously, none of us did.

Should be more get togethers like it.

Hi Tommy and welcome!!

You'll get to know people here are usually pretty easy going - but watch out for ubbrd!! He's into ballistic weapons like guns and archery (but has been pretty good with us - no injuries so far - so he's obviously quite safety aware) and keelhauling.

So just keep an eye on him if he's standing at the stern of the ship casting a scanning eye with a rope in hand - he's looking for a keelhaul candidate!! We haven't seen him take anything more than a friendly interest in any members here - but he can get serious about some of the posters on the eBay forums.

So, with a tip o' me hat and a wink of the eye - Welcome again, with an invitation to enjoy, contribute and share this site with all who genuinely seek to be involved with a positive community.

They've done it to everybody. It's not because you're Irish, nor yet is it because we are Australian. All over the Q&A and University and Book forums, threads are bewailing the sudden lack of access.

At a guess, someone has been very naughty and pressed the wrong button, thus closing access to several forums in the discussions boards without so much as saying "small off-duty Czechoslovakian traffic warden".
