ebay generally ignore consumers on these issues in my experienceLet me just say I am happy to report the opposite, I have had a good response to a terrible buyer / seller from the US, I wont go into long boring details but she was shocking, multiple IDs, fraud, stalking and abuse, she would use her ME page to bash other members.
She was of course reported via the correct procedure, eBay were supplied the evidence and they dealt with her by banning her IP for life. She was never an issue again
EBay do act, why would they not? it is there best interest to.
Let me just add though, it didn’t happen over night. It took a lot of time and effort, eBay need to make sure the claims are not malicious in themselves. I guess.
