What bothers me is if a buyer makes a 'claim' of any description despite being denied a refund from a Seller because it was a Buyer error, is that EBay will just refund them anyway regardless of any 'Seller return policy' the seller might have in place as EBay/paypal have their own 'return policy', so what is the point in making sellers fill out a return policy?
We have all seen it time after time, buyer buys an item.... it doesn't fit/wrong colour, was not what they thought, did not read the listing properly etc, definitely not the sellers fault in any way in such cases and yet, Paypal simply tell the buyer to return the item for a full refund regardless.
So any specific Seller 'no return policy are deemed null and void, so HOW are sellers going to enforce their 'Returns policy' without EBay/Paypal overturning them?
Especially a seller that simply states 'no returns'.. it's pointless.
