Title: Can You Access Omniture Traffic Data

when you have an eBay store you are provided with traffic data

for the last three days I have not been able to sign in

I called eBay they knew nothing about it

I am presently on hold to Omniture in the US

Apparently there have been major latency and data transfer issues with this company for some time.


Also many others are having a similar issue -

after being on hold for around 25 minutes I finally go to speak to someone who told me they don't handle eBay issues

the only way to contact the special eBay section is via email (stuff that) ebaystores@omniture.com

Well that's not good news at all BNWT..unless you have a few weeks to wait for a reply I guess your going to have to wait this one out :(

Email is a satisfactory way of communicating only when you know a live human being is reading the emails (within a reasonable period of time)...
