Anyone had dealings with Paymate as an Aussie Alternative?
today i had reason to call paypal
so as I have done before I dialed the 1800 number
previously you got to speak to a person who may or most likely will not have a clue about anything
now you get to listen to a recording with a vast variety of options ... after listening to all the primary options there was nothing that fitted my enquiry so I just hit 3 in the hope I'd get to speak to someone
alas no ........... all you get is another recording explaining how you can find the solution to this problem on the paypal website
I tried all the options ........ none directed me to a person
what a scam !!
didn't paypal by law have to offer a phone hotline before it could operate in Australia ??
should this be brought to the attention of the Banking Ombudsman ??
