LOST - please return to eBay if found

LOST - one eBay listing. Reward offered if found.

One of my eBay item listings appears when I search in All Categories using a relevant keyword but when I filter for NEW in CONDITION, it mysteriously disappears!

I checked the listing and it is definitely marked as NEW, even did a revise yesterday morning and deleted NEW and re-entered it. Still no change.

I tried the same search using a narrower category search and my item is there for all to see.

I contacted Live Unhelpful yesterday afternoon and after a long session they told me that because the listing was revised it would have to be re-indexed and to check again later.

It is now one day later, and still no change.

If anyone finds my listing please return it to eBay. Thanks

Update: item is still missing in search.

After another long drawn out chat session with Live Unhelpful I still have no answer. They have no idea why the item is not appearing in a search of All Categories yet appears in a search for a specific category.

You have to wonder how many other items are missing from searches.

well Wheels you want to hope that they dont report it to their IT department
coz if they try and fix it heaven help you all your listing will go missing or the site will be off air for days or some disaster will occur , they are excellent at breaking things that arent broken so imagine the catastrophe they will cause tinkering with something thats already had the Richard !
