Without law applied judiciously, without regard for persons or station or interest, there is inherent injustice.

The law applied fairly may sometimes result in inadvertent injustice (when evidence is misinterpreted or falsified, for instance), but the law being FAILED to be applied is deliberate injustice.

Americans always talk about the constitution and the land of the free. Boloney!! In this case, they have shown that they are the worst of the worst.

That the people who are entrusted to help maintain the law (such as the DA) should fail to uphold it is disgusting.

The problem is the concept of "suspension of disbelief". Tello's escapades would make that quite the challenge for Hollywood.
