Hot and Heavy shopping trip (and Banking) in Wendover with Paul my guitarist, and the Girl. One of them had a fresh Food Stamp card.

It was my truck so I drove. And parked. And waited for Paul to get out of The Nugget and his felafelall 20 dolluurrr comp.

We did the Bank first, after dropping off the Girl at Smith's.

Later Paul got dropped on his head at The Nugget & me w/Girl did the Doluurrr Store. I did the shopping on this one while She ran Security on my truck-full-o-groceries.

No body knows about my covert choccy load.

Here's MY point:

At the $ store, one of those employee Bozos is telling his Mate "I've been running carts all day long".

In the Smith's Parking lot, that young Native-American Man is manhandling 30+ carts at a throw.

Tello in oZ where the pole was we call a nature strip ... it does not belong to the house behind it... we are required to keep it mowed but we do not own it... we are not allowed to erect anything on it ... it would be a hindrance to parking if every nature strip had a basket ball hoop on it ....

My sewer pipe, in the alley has completely seized. There was a loud bang and rattle with the pipes under my floor. "High Heat" is a FAIL.

My plumber suspects a collapse under the hiway. Mud was extracted last March 1st when I contracted snake-work locally in lieu of County Services.

This is an urgent matter that I need your Dept. to address immediately. Send in your Rooter guy as we make plans to commence with the new hook-up.

Also, please do not forget the Invoice I sent you last month for the March 1st work.

Your reply is important to me and My House.

I'm having major sewage blockage issues here.
It's in the alley pipe.
I've had it snaked, at great expense 4 times in the past 12 months.
Nothing is getting better.

My 4" pipe (wrapped in working Heat Tape) has been on the "Old System" far too long and this needs to be corrected ASAP!

I have in excess of $2,000.00 of new plumbing installed here. It would be nice to have it function properly.
Particularly when I've been paying my Bills for 5 years.

Please contact me for further analysis and solution.

Mr. Culley:
I received your e-mail and your two phone messages this morning when I arrived at the office. If you have an emergency please call my cell phone 775-934-1358 or call Elko Dispatch and they will contact us. We are out in the field most of the time and don’t always receive our office phone messages until the following day. I will come out and check into your situation today (2-5-2010). I want you to know that the line from your residents to the main line is your responsibility. Elko County is responsible for the sewer collection system.  This includes the 8 inch sewer mains, manholes, and the collection ponds. If your service line to the system is blocked you will be responsible for the repairs. If you would like us to connect you to the sewer main that runs behind your property you will be responsible for the parts and installation. You would have to have someone dig on your property to install the new line. We would expose the main line in the alley and make the connection. If this is something you are interested in doing we can work out some of the details today.

Please provide for me a copy of the original Federal Grant issued to Elko County in the 1980's, regarding the Municipal Sewage System installation.

It has vital info I need to present my points of contention about this issue.

This shouldn't have to become a heated Civil Action. Just do what is Right.

Mr. Tello

We were out of the office yesterday. We were in Jackpot all day long with cell phone service. Nobody from the Public Works Department received a call from you about this matter. You also did not contact the part-time employee that is in Montello to discuss this matter. Once again I will remind you that your service line is your responsibility and the main sewer line is Elko County’s, not mine personally. I also have your invoice addressed to me personally, not Elko County. You did not use a licensed contractor for this problem you have incurred on your property, and Elko County is reluctant to pay an invoice for services provided to you for something that is your responsibility.

I will be headed to Montello this morning to access  your situation and will contact a licensed contractor to meet us in Montello. I will remind you again that if this problem is on your property you will be responsibility for the charges. Elko County will be responsible for all charges incurred to dislodge any substances in our main sewer lines.
