Welcome, Didi. I know you're new - I don't think anyone here has met you before - but please observe our few rules which are designed to make sure you feel comfortable, safe, not harassed, but given honesty and a pleasant environment. 

eBay doesn't always get it right - but no company can! On the other  hand, let's remember that eBay has terrific central ideas and has for many years been an amazing phenomenon. Many people believe eBay's made some bad decisions along the way which have caused problems for buyers and sellers. Your eBay experience and other online trading experience will hopefully avoid some of the pitfalls. Are you a new seller or new buyer on eBay? 

So - while you are welcome to speak your mind and be honest (because we do appreciate honesty here) - on behalf of the admin and mod group I'd just remind you about keeping in the ideals of courtesy and respect.
