No really. It's bottom of the barrel service. No wonder it's cheap!
I buy a lot of small electronic items from Hong Kong and China via ebay. At least 15 - 20% of those never get here. It's not the sellers fault, the item gets posted, and then go into limbo. I think I am already paying a 20% "GST" on lost items!
A number of Hong Kong sellers now are offering a refund if the item doesn't arrive withing X number of days. So I guess I'm only 10% out of pocket at the end. The China sellers are good also. A pity about their shoddy postal service! It's still cheaper than buying from Australia, even with the losses.
That's my whinge for the day.

15-20% is a lot to lose hermit,
I wonder where all those "lost" parcels end up!

.... on ebay?!!!!!

Anyone tried www.aliexpress.com ?

It does limit me to cheap items, unless they offer some kind of refund policy. I just can't believe the amount of missing items I've experienced.

this video might explain why a lot of items never get delivered

If the other guy is bigger, give way - if you can't duck around him quickly enough.
Seems to work for that intersection.

Re Reply #5.
Just another day on the roads in Cabramatta.
The Indians are very deft drivers though.
