27000 plus items for sale and 2 negs out of 6 transactions
;D
-
aren't seller with 66% feedback banned ??
-
Tags ... stop reading the rule book. ;)
-
Gosh, it's got worse. 6 postive, 1 neutral and 3 negs!
-
lol what a joke.
We're sorry Item cannot be posted to a PO box. lol it's a DVD?
very bad. I think they should quit while they aren't ahead.
-
I can't see why they'd even want to sell on eBay. They already have a good online site. I guess they have been offered some irresistible incentives to list on eBay.
-
I bet ToysRus are pleased they started to sell on Ebay .....LOL
Oh and rest assured BNWT, they would have done a deal with Ebay and the normal rules will NOT apply to them.
-
NOOBS.

They can't actually refuse to post to a PO box i thought.
-
If their delivery method is by courier I think they can insist on a street address.
-
.... couriers can't deliver to PO boxes - only Australia Post can.
-
Ahh hah, I was thinking AP, my bad lol, I sure hope they have adequate proof of postage and it is a PayPal approved method, because PayPal do not accept courier receipts as proof of postage for us regular
plebs sellers !!
-
it's now 4 negs + 1 neut
-
What a HOOT!
-
I noticed a couple of their feedback look suspiciously like they've been left when the seller left them feedback... ??
Also, I'm quite fascinated that they have not honoured eBay sales because the "Item sold faster than expected on our web site."
I thought it was an eBay policy that they should have the stock to cover sales on all sites - especially eBay.
Oh, stupid me. I was reading the rule book - just like Tags was.....!
-
now it's 11 negs 6 neuts
-
Make that 7 neutrals.
But their percentage has improved ... it's up to 95% now.
-
make that 14 negs & 8 neuts
they seem to get 2 negs a day
-
You have to wonder why they're listing on eBay at all. Their website is user friendly and it's not like they'd need the publicity. You also have to wonder whether there are some competitors negs in amongst the bad feedback so far.

Wheels, my guess is that it's an advertising channel.
There are a lot of people who would search on eBay for the kind of things that Toys'R'Us sell. This way, they will get 'found' - whether in the company of people like yourself, or for a product not otherwise listed.
I see the benefit being one of a buyer opting for a 'punt' on a smaller seller or paying a couple of dollars more for a new item from a known store. They will hook in with buyers who already have a hand on their wallet...!
A sale could be completed on eBay - or the buyer may be enticed to the Toys'R'Us website.
