The Ebay Fee's would be cheaper than a demolition crew and clean up costs LOL

Either way if it was sound enough and someone had some land for it to go on, with transport costs it's a bargain basement house.

I love seeing listings like that.  ;D

The second question the seller was asked made me ROFL...

Q: do you have to move the house or can u just buy it and live in it? thanks
