One of the most famous brand mascots in recent memory, "The Most Interesting Man in the World" was created to sell beer. Dos Equis (literally "two X's"), a Mexican beer company, was the brand behind the man. Played by Jonathan Goldsmith, "The Most Interesting Man in the World" began sharing his exploits and doling out wisdom in TV ads starting in 2006. The character hung up his Dos Equis bottles in 2018, but he's still instantly recognizable for his tall tales, wild exploits, and love of beer.
