Elon Musk Sounds the Alarm After Threat From Russian Official: ‘If I Die Under Mysterious Circumstances’
May 8, 2022

Elon Musk warned on Sunday that he may “die under mysterious circumstances” after a Russian politician threatened him for supplying equipment to Ukraine that is being used to fight the Russian military.

Musk supplied Starlink terminals from one of his company’s, SpaceX, that are being used to communicate and to operate drones.

Musk posted a screenshot of a translated message that he says Dmitry Rogozin, Moscow’s space chief, sent to Russian media.

“From the testimony of the captured commander of the 36th Marine Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Dmitry Kormyankov, it turns out that the internet terminals of Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite company were delivered to the militants of the Nazi Azov Battalion and the Ukrainian Marines in Mariupol by military helicopters,” the message states. “According to our information, the delivery of the Starlink equipment was carried out by the Pentagon.”

“Elon Musk, thus, is involved in supplying the fascist forces in Ukraine with military communication equipment,” the message continued. “And for this, Elon, you will be held accountable like an adult – no matter how much you’ll play the fool.”

“The word ‘Nazi’ doesn’t mean what he seems to think it does,” Musk said.

A short time later Musk added, “If I die under mysterious circumstances, it’s been nice knowin ya.”

The truth is out there: Congress will hold the first open hearing about UFOs in over 50 years, Pentagon officials set to testify
May 10, 2022  

A subcommittee in the U.S. House of Representatives will be holding an open congressional hearing next week about unidentified flying objects (UFOs) for the first time in more than 50 years.

Andre Carson, a Democratic representative from Indiana, said that the House Intelligence Committee will be leading the charge, Vice reported.

He said, “Congress hasn’t held a public hearing on unidentified aerial phenomena (UFO's) in over 50 years. That will change next week when I lead a hearing in @HouseIntel on this topic & the national security risk it poses. Americans need to know more about these unexplained occurrences.”

The hearing is currently scheduled for Tuesday, May 17, and it will take place in front of a subcommittee of the House Intelligence Committee that is currently chaired California Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff.

Schiff said that the committee is holding the series of hearings to explore “one of the great mysteries of our time and to break the cycle of excessive secrecy and speculation with truth and transparency.”

At the time of writing, two officials currently serving in the Pentagon are scheduled to testify at the hearing.

After the New York Times published a 2017 article about the existence of a project called “the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP)” in the Pentagon that was focused on the identification of UFOs, official government disclosures about UFOs have come with increasingly rapidity.

In 2021, the Pentagon released a report about its UFO program that detailed more than 140 sightings of aerial objects that could not be explained between 2004 and 2021. The report was considered to be relatively underwhelming at the time, because much of the information had already been disclosed and much of the report was simply concerned with securing additional funding for the Pentagon.

The Black Vault, a government transparency organization, was able to obtain a classified version of this report earlier this year. Reportedly, this version of the report contains more fascinating details but still has considerable parts of it redacted.

Since the 2021 report was released, various outlets have obtained hundreds of pages of reports and research on futuristic technology funded by the government under the auspices of the AATIP and a sister program called the Advanced Aerospace Weapons System Application Program.

The Barack Obama Presidential Library has also said that it has thousands of pages of documents pertaining to UFOs.

Dem lawmaker explains how her own party has left rural America in the dust

It’s no secret that the Democrat Party has given up on rural America—or what many like to call, in their condescending way, “flyover country.”

And the feeling is pretty much mutual. Go to any rural town—from Cortez, Colorado to Lake Wales, Florida, and everything in between—and you’ll find plenty of “Trump 2024” flags fluttering in the breeze. But despite the party’s arrogant, coastal elite, which has written off the rural “backwaters” and bidden them good riddance, some Democrats are beginning to realize that this attitude is only hurting them in the long run.

On America’s Newsroom, Fox News host Bill Hemmer interviewed Chloe Maxmin, a Democratic state senator from Maine, and at 29 the youngest lawmaker in the state’s history. Herself from a rural area, Maxmin is one of the few in her party who recognizes the danger posed by her party’s choice to remain indifferent, or even actively hostile, to the country’s rural populations. As the co-author of “Dirt Road Revival: How to Rebuild Rural Politics and Why Our Future Depends On It,” Maxmin has some interesting ideas about the problem.

“You say going back to 2010 is when Democrats abandoned rural America,” Hemmer said in the opener to his interview with Maxmin.

“You know, I’m a Democrat,” Maxmin explained. “I grew up in rural Maine, and over the past couple of decades, we’ve really seen Democrats lose footholds in rural America. And that’s my community, that’s my home. I’ve won and run two races in rural America, in districts that Trump won, and I’ve talked to people who voted for Trump, knocked on over 20,000 doors, and just heard all of the common ground and the deep need for change that’s coming from rural folks.”

Hemmer then went on to point out that “we’re blessed with beautiful countryside,” but that most of the country is red (i.e., Republican or Republican-leaning), which doesn’t bode well for the Democrat Party. Moreover, rural and therefore Republican turnout was up significantly in the Ohio primaries that saw J. D. Vance clinch the Republican nomination for U.S. senator—and none of this portends a good outcome for the Democrats in November.

“I guess the question is ‘why?'” Hemmer asked. “What did the [Democrat] Party leaders not see in rural America as you make your case?”

“One of the things that I’ve experienced,” Maxmin responded, “in my campaigns in rural Maine, is that so many folks just haven’t been talked to by Democratic campaigns or Democratic canvassers, and so there’s this lack of direct experience within the Democratic Party of what rural folks are thinking and feeling. These are my neighbors, they’re the people who raised me, and they deserve a seat at the table in the Democratic Party.”

Maxmin conceded that the party now focuses most of its energy on city-dwellers, although that wasn’t always the case.

“About a decade ago,” she explained, “rural voters, there was no partisan lean, and now rural folks are going over 16 points Republican. There are so many different forces that have gone into that dynamic, from young folks leaving to just a lack of Democratic infrastructure in rural America, but one of the things that I think is that we just need face-to-face conversations, where we can have honest conversations, where we can agree to disagree, but at least start to build some kind of relationship that enables us to understand one another.”

It’s sensible advice, but it remains to be seen whether the Democrat Party heeds it. The disdain harbored by party elites for rural America is, at this point, pretty obvious and poorly concealed. So expecting them to abandon identity politics and to consume their requisite slice of humble pie while cultivating an interest in the more down-to-earth concerns of rural populations, is probably too much to ask anytime soon.

Joe Concha NAILS it: ‘Nina Jankowicz is the Joy Reid of government officials’

Fox News contributor Joe Concha nailed President Joe Biden’s “disinformation czar” Nina Jankowicz as the “Joy Reid of government officials” on Tuesday during “Fox & Friends First” and then blasted “The View” co-host Sunny Hostin as the “Nina Jankowicz of talk show hosts.”

He excoriated Jankowicz for pushing disproven Russian collusion claims from the 2016 presidential election and then, in turn, masterfully eviscerated “The View’s” defense of pro-abortion protesters.

Co-host Carley Shimkus pointed out another tweet from Jankowicz in 2016 which read, “Trump had not one, but two secret email servers to communicate w/ influential Russian bank. Unbelievable.”

“That of course has been debunked. This is gonna add more fuel to Republicans’ fire over this disinformation board isn’t it?” Shimkus asked Concha.

“Yeah, the word ‘allegedly’ is missing from that particular tweet right? In other words, she presented something that was more gossip than actual gospel as actual fact. And Nina Jankowicz is the Joy Reid of government officials, Carley, Todd, right? She’s a Christopher Steele of Steele dossier fan as well, you may recall. She also tweeted that we should listen to that guy,” Concha pointed out.

“But she’s not a fan of a free speech advocate like Elon Musk and she also said this of Hunter Biden’s laptop… ‘We should view it as a Trump campaign product.’ No, that’s not the case, nor was it Russian disinformation. So, she along with her boss, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, are two of the last people who should be leading anything resembling administrative truth,” he continued.

“And by the way, the US government should have never considered creating something like this run by partisans with political agendas in the first place. This disinformation board will be weaponized just like everything else. It’s another epic fail for Team Biden guys,” Concha asserted.

Concha was then asked about “The View’s” Sunny Hostin who is a lawyer by trade and allegedly advocating the intimidation of Supreme Court Justices over the Roe v. Wade case. Co-host Todd Piro asked him if Hostin was basically breaking federal law by pushing protesters to demonstrate outside of the justices’ homes.
 
“Yeah, Todd… she’s also lying by the way when she says Republicans don’t want people to protest. No, it’s not a matter of not protesting. It’s not protesting in front of people’s houses, right? If you want to protest in front of the Supreme Court, I’m sure any Republican that you interview will say, ‘Knock yourselves out.’ Of course, do that there but not… we can’t have angry mobs going to the homes of six conservative Supreme Court Justices to protest this particular decision that’s coming,” Concha contended.

“And you gotta understand that Amy Coney Barrett, for example, has seven kids at home. Or, Justice Gorsuch has kids or Kavanaugh has kids. And all the neighbors in that neighborhood have nothing to do with this,” he pointed out.

“Literally, the US code says that you can’t protest, cannot protest in front of the homes of justices or judges in an effort to intimidate them. So, as a lawyer, you would think she would know that but she’s just you know, playing to a crowd at this point. Sunny Hostin is basically… she’s like the Nina Jankowicz of talk show hosts… the last person we should be listening to in regards to anything regarding the law or, in this case, protests, guys because she’s completely wrong and it’s against the law,” Concha concluded.

A resurfaced video from 2018 reveals the real reason for mask mandates, at least from one health journalist expert who is a current advocate for mandates.

Laurie Garrett is a Pulitzer and Peabody award-winning global health journalist who also previously worked as the senior fellow for global health at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York City. In the video from 2018, she says that masks "almost certainly" did not help stop the spread of SARS, a severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus.

Her comments are from her keynote speech before the National Academy of Medicine where she spoke about the history of pandemics and the possibility for a future pandemic.

At the end of the speech, she answers a question from the audience about alternate pathways of viral transmission and she specifically addresses the efficacy of masks.

"There’s only a couple of countries that have ever really done large-scale studies to try and figure out what might work. Japan, it may not surprise you, is one of them. In one of their large studies they basically showed that the masks, it seemed like the major efficacy of a mask is that it causes alarm in the other person and so you stay away from each other," said Garrett.

"And that’s what I think happened with SARS. In Dec. 2020, as the vaccines were first being rolled out among U.S. Americans, Garrett went on MSNBC to opine that even with the vaccine, Americans should mask up and try to maintain the social distancing guidelines.

Gas Prices Break Record, But Diesel Prices Will Greatly Affect All Americans – And The World

Gas prices hit an all-time high today at $4.374 per gallon of regular gasoline, just three weeks before Memorial Day weekend. While Americans will feel this pain each time they go to gas up their vehicles, the worst pain point may well be what’s happening with diesel and diesel prices.

The average price of diesel is $5.58 per gallon, and in New York, it has reached $6.282 per gallon. With 86% of all things we eat and wear coming from a truck, according to Phillip Harris of the United Truck Driving School, this is bound to hurt Americans.

And if that’s not enough, well over half of all farm equipment runs on diesel.

Slave to Green New Deal
President Biden wasted no time hitting the first domino on a chain of collapsing energy policies that have brought us to today. Between restricting drilling on federal lands and blocking the completion of the Keystone XL pipeline, the Biden administration signaled exactly where things would be heading.

So why do it? To pander to the progressive Green New Deal team in a dangerous quest to push energy policies that handcuff the industry instead of helping it.

Unforeseen Repercussion of Ukraine-Russia War
The Ukraine-Russia region is seen as one of the ‘breadbaskets’ of the world. To put that into perspective, the Odessa region of Ukraine, which is currently under attack and experiencing a Russian blockade, is one of the largest suppliers and exporters of wheat, sunflower oil, and fertilizer worldwide.

With grocery store prices already 10% higher than last year and supply chain issues for various goods, including the baby formula shortage, we could quickly be facing a food shortage crisis for the entire world.

Unfortunately, I’m not sure our Vice President has enough capacity to become the Wheat Czar, given the little progress she had made with literally any of her other jobs.

The Problem with Diesel
Most trucks that transport our food, clothing, and other goods across this country run on diesel. Diesel is also the primary fuel used in farming, manufacturing, and mining minerals.

According to Tom Kloza, head of Global Energy Research at OPIS, whereas a barrel of diesel is sold at $10 above crude oil, it’s now sold at $70 above crude oil.

All this points to higher costs for consumers, whether at the grocery store or the Tesla dealership. Unfortunately, the hard reality is there isn’t enough child labor available in Africa to mine enough cobalt to transition our trucks and heavy farm equipment to electric in time to ease this financial burden.

As for fixes, President Biden told Congress to make oil companies pay fees on idled oil wells and non-producing acres on federal lands, with the idea being that companies would rather put those areas into production rather than pay to sit idle. Oil wells he stalled out when he took office, mind you.

Like most things, there is more to this issue than just drilling. The overall refining capacity in the United States has decreased for numerous reasons. You could argue that the COVID pandemic played a role in this decrease, as it has played a role in just about anything that frustrates this administration.

After all, safety does matter, and some refiners are undergoing routine maintenance checks that were overdue following pandemic shutdowns.

In short, it’s a perfect storm.

The Highs and the Lows
While regular gasoline, diesel, food, and lumber prices have all gone up, some things have gone down. For example, our Stinger and Javelin inventory are mainly down due to our support to Ukraine and supply chain issues. Likewise, inventories of diesel, heating oil and jet fuel have been at the lowest.

The United States isn’t the only country that faces highs and lows. According to Stephen Brennock at Brokerage PVM, the European Union’s possible ban on Russian oil imports will “…have an outsized impact on product markets and especially diesel…there is now growing anxiety that Europe might run out of diesel.”

Suppose the world faces what appears to be a quickly approaching food scarcity crisis. In that case, there is no doubt more dominoes will fall in this crisis, including civil unrest in poorer areas of the world like Africa and the Middle East. Areas that are already generally in a steady state of turmoil.

No Real Solution in Sight
President Biden made remarks today on inflation and provided much the same talking points that we’ve heard since he took office. It’s COVID’s fault; the Republicans don’t have a plan; we need clean energy, and it’s #PutinsPriceHike.

When I lay my head down at night, the last thing on my mind is how the government will make our country more dependent on clean energy.

How can I save money at the grocery store when I have two kids who thankfully are excellent eaters but plow through my weekly grocery stockpile in about three days?

It’s about what we can do at home instead of spending family time out and about so I can save money on gas. Looks like a return to board games for this family. While I enjoy a rousing game of Chutes and Ladders just as much as the next mom, the end of the pandemic meant a chance to get back out and explore this wonderful country and all it has to offer.

According to Yardeni Research, the average American household will pay almost $2,000 more for gas this year with $1,000 more in groceries. That’s $3,000 not paying down debt, not being spent on other goods, not being saved for retirement or school.

With 60% of farm equipment in the United States powered by diesel fuel and 96% of large trucks that transport agricultural produce powered by diesel engines and harvest season in September, families like mine will have to start making some cuts to afford necessities like you know…food.

FCC Commissioner: Biden’s ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ Is Unconstitutional

Federal Communications Commissioner Brendan Carr had plenty to say about the “Disinformation Governance Board,” the Department of Homeland Security’s newest entity to combat what it deems “misinformation” or “disinformation.”

On Monday, during an appearance on the Fox News Channel’s “Mornings With Maria,” the Trump-appointed Carr blasted the Biden administration’s newly formed Board as “Orwellian” and “unconstitutional.”

Carr Slams Biden Board
Speaking to Maria Bartiromo about the ‘Disinformation’ board, Carr said, “To paraphrase Justice Scalia, ‘sometimes the threats to our liberty come dressed up in sheep’s clothing, but this wolf comes as a wolf.'”

“This is Orwellian, it’s un-American, it’s unconstitutional – the very best time to shut this down was before the DHS ever announced it, the second best time is right now.”

Commissioner Carr offered up an explanation as to why the Disinformation Governance Board appears to be part of a wider agenda: “If you look back just in February, DHS put out a terrorism bulletin that swept in ‘free speech’ as among the things that they considered a threat to the domestic homeland.”

And as for collusion with the government, Carr noted: “You have [White House press secretary] Jen Psaki from the White House podium saying they are coordinating with Big Tech to take down posts, flagging posts for them.”

He added, “I think it’s pretty clear that there is coordination happening and if there is, then that does potentially make these entities state actors, which means they’re limited by the First Amendment.”

Carr’s statement was in reference to a statement that White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki made last July, where she admitted that the government was telling social media companies what to censor:

“We’re flagging problematic posts for Facebook that spread disinformation. We’re working with doctors and medical experts…who are popular with their audience with accurate information. So, we’re helping get trusted content out there.”

GOP Pushing Back
On Wednesday, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee. Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) challenged Mayorkas as to just exactly what kind of information the Board would be scrutinizing.

Paul, who is a medical doctor, gave examples of statements he had made regarding COVID, asking,

“I’ve said a million times that cloth masks don’t work. YouTube takes me down. They’re a private company I can have that beef with him. What about you? You’re going to look at that? I often say that natural immunity from having had the infection is equal to the vaccine or better. You’re going to take that down?”

Paul also asked if the Board would be censoring content such as the Steele Dossier. Mayorkas stated that, “That’s not a question that I’m equipped to answer.” It was here that Paul finished off Mayorkas:

“Do you think the American people are so stupid they need you to tell them what the truth is? You can’t even admit what the truth is with the Steele dossier. I don’t trust the government to figure out what the truth is. Nor should anybody else.”

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis also vowed that a “Disinformation Governance Board” was unacceptable in the United States. He stated:

“You cannot have a Ministry of Truth in this country. We’re not going to let Biden get away with this one. So we will be fighting back. When you’re not doing well, you have two options: You can try to do better. Or you can try to silence your critics. [Biden] is doing the latter.”

Pushback
The attorneys general of 20 GOP-led states have signed on to a letter drawn up by Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares asking the Biden administration to stop its attack on free speech and disband the Board.

Carr praised the effort by the attorneys general arguing for the disbanding of the Disinformation Board, “This is a broader effort by this administration to drive dissent from the public square. That’s why I’m glad that the Attorney Generals that you mentioned, last week have filed lawsuits to get to the bottom of this.”

Senator Bill Hagerty (R-TN) has gone one step further and said that the creation of the Board itself is “likely illegal.” The pick to head up the Disinformation Board, Nina Jankowicz, is also being highly scrutinized by critics of the Board.

Jankowicz has a hyper-partisan history, including being a supporter of Hillary Clinton, applauding Christopher Steele for his expertise on disinformation, and claiming the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russian disinformation.

Of the appointment of Jankowicz to head up the Board, Carr added, “This type of board was always going to be a dumpster fire, but the particular director they chose to run it is just throwing more gas on it.”

Maniac Nancy Pelosi Celebrates Abortion on Mother’s Day

Democrats have been showing their true colors, ever since a leaked draft suggested the Supreme Court will overturn Roe v. Wade. If they do, abortion will no longer be legal at the federal level. States will have the power to decide abortion rights, via legislation. Which means, that many conservative states will either ban abortion or set strict limits (Texas already has a law on the books outlawing abortion, should the court overturn Roe).

The left is melting down because they essentially have no power to stop this. They can’t pass a law to legalize abortion in Congress—because they don’t have the votes. And it’s unlikely they will sweep the midterm elections on this issue, considering how many Americans hate abortion. But that hasn’t stopped these liberals from revealing they are willing to burn down our country, to preserve their “right” to kill children.

And now, Old Nance is celebrating abortion—on the day we honor our mothers.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) slammed those who do not support abortion during an interview on Sunday, saying that viewpoint was “disrespectful” to women.

Pelosi’s remarks on Mother’s Day were made on CBS News’ “Face The Nation” with Margaret Brennan…

“Here we are on Mother’s Day, a week where the court has slapped women in the face in terms of disrespect for their judgments about the size and timing of their families. So, the fact is, let’s keep our eye on the ball. The ball is in the court of those justices.” [Source: Daily Wire]

Pretty grotesque that Pelosi would use Mother’s Day to support an act that robs mothers of their children. The left constantly claims that abortion is a “women’s rights” issue. But they never stop to think that there is a human life on the line, that has just as many rights as the pregnant woman.

Ironically, we have a holiday like Mother’s Day, because so many women refused to abort their babies. Pelosi claims that abortion allows a woman to decide the “size” of their family. I won’t bother to explain to her that there is one really easy way for a woman to decide the size of her family that doesn’t involve a process that makes Planned Parenthood rich.

The truth of the matter is, Democrats support abortion so much because it is their cash cow. They don’t care about women’s rights, otherwise, they’d fight for the unborn baby (which has a 50% chance of being a woman).

Democrats profit off of abortion, just as much as they profit off of every other vice they legalized. They funnel tax dollars through Planned Parenthood, receiving millions back as campaign donations. They are much more interested in how abortion can keep them rich and in power.

The heavy toll it takes on human society? Meh!
