Title: We have emigrated
Post by: *wheels* on August 24, 2012, 09:51:47 AM
Service update: Your Click and Send account is being migrated.

Yesterday we were put on the boat to nowhere and taken to the new Click & Send.

Aus Post has taken a great, easy to use system and messed it up!

Hardly surprising Wheels , it will be their IT team again
they must complicate simple things that work
It to ensure their job continuity as they are needed to fix
the cockups that they create
Why companies insist on fiddlinfg with things that work well is beyond me

felafelwits !!!

Just a couple of suggestions.

Under Admin on the top menu, select My Ship by Addresses
make any changes to your sender addresses
click Yes button to save one as Default address

Under My Settings on the top menu
select Default Ship by Address
select Default Delivery Instructions - we use "If premises unattended, leave card etc"
select Default Domestic Item type (if you only use satchels etc)
select Default Email Notifications
click Save

Oh, and after you've completed the creditcard payment details and clicked "Continue" the screen will go blank and says "shutting down" or something. Don't touch anything! This may take ages, go make a cup of tea, put a load of washing on, and when you come back you'll be able to print your labels.

One BIG improvement is the detail in the Item History - it keeps all details and you can reprint labels, check tracking etc

Wheels, AP have done this before - not specifically with Click and Send, but with other web-based information or systems.

It doesn't seem that Mr Quality Control is at home. Neither is Miss Beta Stage.

Finally, another improvement to C&S!

Service updates

Effective 05 September 2012 - As a result of customer feedback, the instructions have been removed from the bottom of all flat rate box labels. Flat rate box labels will now print without instructions.

Have you changed your bookmark to the new site? If you go directly there then you should only have to login once.

Another improvement!

Service updates

Effective 15 September 2012 - PayPal available on Click and Send.

PayPal will be available to all Click and Send users, providing you with another convenient way to manage your payments online.

In addition to PayPal, you will still have the option to pay with your Australia Post account, credit card or at any Australia Post retail outlet at the time of lodgement.

This is just another way that Click and Send will help save you time when sending your parcels within Australia or around the world.
