She got in a car crash or some such road tragedy.
I saw her shrouded body lay in the westbound lane of Lower Azusa Ave., El Monte, Cali.

There was rain.
A road detour.
A local newspaper story saying she laid in the road for a long time cuz first responders were not so fast or effective.

I find no other online info about this.

It was sad, and yes even unto now I remember this tragic event.

I received a lovely gov't grip of financial resource. An EDD debit card. It needs to be activated via website. I got stonewalled.
The toll-free phone is hella-bizzy.
I sent an Email to CS. Their reply: Our apologies we are unable to assist via email due to security purposes. Etc. blah-blah.
I can be persistent. I'll be busy all day with this one.
Bottom line: Gov't wants to help me, but getting it to work is a fail.
